IN 2020, PURSUE IT Pt.2!!!
Forward Thinkers, in my opinion one of the most powerful scriptures in the entire bible is when God says it shall be done according to your faith.
Matthew 9:29 New International Version (NIV)
29 Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”
Forward Thinkers, my goal in the first quarter of 2020 is to teach and encourage every Believer to level up their faith life and pursue everything that God has promised belongs in their life.
Joshua 1 – The Message (MSG)
1 1-9 After the death of Moses the servant of God, God spoke to Joshua, Moses’ assistant:
“Moses my servant is dead. Get going. Cross this Jordan River, you and all the people. Cross to the country I’m giving to the People of Israel. I’m giving you every square inch of the land you set your foot on—just as I promised Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon east to the Great River, the Euphrates River—all the Hittite country — and then west to the Great Sea. It’s all yours. All your life, no one will be able to hold out against you. In the same way I was with Moses, I’ll be with you. I won’t give up on you; I won’t leave you. Strength! Courage! You are going to lead this people to inherit the land that I promised to give their ancestors. Give it everything you have, heart and soul. Make sure you carry out The Revelation that Moses commanded you, every bit of it. Don’t get off track, either left or right, so as to make sure you get to where you’re going. And don’t for a minute let this Book of The Revelation be out of mind. Ponder and meditate on it day and night, making sure you practice everything written in it. Then you’ll get where you’re going; then you’ll succeed. Haven’t I commanded you? Strength! Courage! Don’t be timid; don’t get discouraged. God, your God, is with you every step you take.”
The Taking of the Land
10-11 Then Joshua gave orders to the people’s leaders: “Go through the camp and give this order to the people: ‘Pack your bags. In three days you will cross this Jordan River to enter and take the land God, your God, is giving you to possess.’”
Moses is Dead, Get Going, Pursue the Promise Land
1) Physical Death or Separation
-Forward Thinkers, the Lord gives and the Lord takes away.
-Forward Thinkers, some relationships and situations are only for a reason or a season. we must learn to accept that.
-Forward Thinkers, remember everything is connected to God, not man.
2) Generational Mindset
-Moses had answers to get out of slavery
Forward Thinkers, once God answers your prayers and set you free do you have a mindset to stay free?
Forward Thinkers, history shows 1/3 of lottery winners file bankruptcy 3-5 years after winning.
There is a big difference between dreaming about IT and actually BEING IT!
Spiritual Prep Rally without the faith to fight the good fight of faith is a waste of time.
Forward Thinkers, when under pressure many of the people closely connected to Moses questioned if they were better off back in slavery.
You must have a “Pursue It” Mindset under all conditions.
-Moses had the ability to lead in wilderness
Forward Thinkers, I’ve discovered, unfortunately, some people are addicted to dysfunctional conditions because that’s where they feel more empowered.
3) Generational Baggage
-Forward Thinkers, until you unpack your old baggage you’ll never pursue your full potential.
-Forward Thinkers, in 2020 it’s ok to have a great Pastor and a great Therapist.
Moses’ attitude was not designed for the Promise Land because he allowed the negative energy of others to cause him to ignore the voice of God.
Forward Thinkers, Pursue It. The Same God That Was With Moses Is With Joshua And Is With You.
Forward Thinkers, Pursue the Promise And Fear Not.
Forward Thinkers, Pursue It. No One Will Be Able To Stop You.
Forward Thinkers, Pursue It. Success Is Waiting On You.
