GO FOR IT 2019
MAY GOD BE WITH YOU
1. To express possibility; 2. To express opportunity or permission; 3. To express wish or prayer.
Forward Thinkers, God is saying that May will be a month of possibility, opportunity and answered prayers. In fact, what the Lord said to me in the valley of uncertainty was that the month of May would be a time for us to yield to His voice and His will because He is going to do what seemed to be the impossible in people’s minds as they yield to Him and Go For It in 2019.
Forward Thinkers, this next season starting in May, prayer and meditation will be so significant because this will be a time that God gives us strategic plans on how we can advance and move forward in Him.
Forward Thinkers, those who don’t pray much won’t hear much; therefore they won’t receive much.
This ‘May God Be With You’ prophetic teaching and preaching series comes right after the month long teaching in April, ‘BREAKTROUGH Don’t Be Fooled It’s Not Too Late For Yours.’
Forward Thinkers, I recommend you subscribe to Greenhouseintchurch on YouTube and watch every sermon in 2019 to build up your faith to be ready to handle ‘May God Be With You.’
Forward Thinkers, May 2019 is significant to me and all those spiritually connected to me. May 2019, the visionary of Green House International Church (GHIC) will be 53. 5+3=8 and 8 equals New Beginnings. Go deeper in the spirit realm. 2019 adds up to 12 and in the year of 2019 GHIC turns 12.
May is a month of Grace (number 5) to advance God’s vision for GHIC and those connected in the spirit realm.
Forward Thinkers, Grace has shown up and given us a clean slate to excel, exceed, and expand from. ‘May God Be With You’ because Grace makes the score 0-0 as we approach a winning season.
1 Samuel 17:37 New International Version (NIV)
37 The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine.”
Saul said to David, “Go, and the Lord be with you.”
Forward Thinkers, after King Saul declared to David ‘May the Lord be with you’ two things immediately took place:
1) David responded in obedience and faith and moved toward his biggest assignment
2) David got the victory against the odds
Forward Thinkers, stand where you are and get ready to move in obedience and faith. I declare, ‘May God be with you.’ Now move and position yourself in the faith realm for your victorious season.
2 Thessalonians 3:16 New Living Translation (NLT)
Paul’s Final Greetings (good bye = may God be with you)
16 Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation. The Lord be with you all.
Peace is defined as freedom from disturbance; a state or period where there are no wars or a war has ended.
Forward Thinkers, yes, you can have peace in every circumstance.
In Hebrew, Peace = Shalom prosperity, completeness, harmony, nothing missing, nothing broken.
May Also Means ‘Yielding’
Proverbs 3:6 Living Bible (TLB)
6 In everything you do, put God first, and he will direct you and crown your efforts with success.
Forward Thinkers, another definition of the word “may” is to yield. Yielding is when we submit ourselves to Him for His purpose—regardless of how convenient (or inconvenient) it is. In order for us to truly be used by God, we must be willing to yield unto the Lord. It’s not about you.
Pride, ego, flesh, and self must die in the yielding season if you desire God to do something amazing in your life.
Forward Thinkers, God wants us in this season of possibility to yield to Him so that He can do great and marvelous things in our lives. Part of this yielding process will require us to spend quality daily time with Him so that we can receive instructions on what He wants to do in our lives.
As we receive our daily download from His Spirit (we must be connected to receive), we can be sure that we will succeed in everything that we do because we are acknowledging Him in all our ways as He directs our paths.
Forward Thinkers, I had to make sure I was hearing God in the midst of it all.
A Month of Possibility
May is also a month of possibility. We must believe all things are possible and God is able to deliver us from our distresses and manifest His glory through us.
Forward Thinkers, understand this; no one ever made a shot that they didn’t have the faith to take.
Mark 9:21-24 Living Bible (TLB)
21 “How long has he been this way?” Jesus asked the father.
And he replied, “Since he was very small, 22 and the demon often makes him fall into the fire or into water to kill him. Oh, have mercy on us and do something if you can.”
23 “If I can?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if you have faith.”
24 The father instantly replied, “I do have faith; oh, help me to have more!”
Forward Thinkers, this father was distressed because his son was demonized and needed deliverance. When Jesus met the man, He asked him a question: “’How long has it been like this?’ He said, ‘From childhood. Often it has thrown him into the fire and into the water to kill him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.’ Jesus said, ‘If you can believe then all things are possible to him who believes.’”
Forward Thinkers, God is saying in the month of May to ask Him for big things, things we may think are impossible.
Like the father who was believing for his son to be delivered, we can actually stand in proxy for a loved one who needs deliverance by seeking the Lord and praying using the name of Jesus. Praying in faith and believing will bring Christ’s healing glory.
Jesus was making a profound point that we must understand as it relates to prayer. The healing of the demonized boy was not contingent upon whether Jesus could heal or even wanted to heal him, because Jesus’ desire is always to heal. Whether or not the boy received healing was contingent upon his father’s prayer of faith because Jesus said “All things are possible to him who believes.”
Forward Thinkers, for us to understand everything that God wants to give us, we must abolish all the ifs and receive the promises of God, recognizing that all things are possible to us when we believe. All the promises of God are “yes” and “amen.”
2 Corinthians 1:20 New International Version (NIV)
20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.
Forward Thinkers, as we kick off the month of May declaring ‘May God Be With You,’ let us stand in agreement believing God is able to do new and amazing things in our lives.
