Beyoncé is postponing her Formation World Tour date at MetLife Stadium scheduled for this week, concert organizers say.
The singer was to perform at the stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on Wednesday, Sept. 7. But “strict doctor’s orders for vocal rest” have delayed the show a month to Friday, Oct. 7, according to LiveNation.
Fans will be able to get in with their Sept. 7 tickets on the new date. Those who want refunds can get them beginning next Wednesday at the point of purchase.
There are no changes to any other Beyoncé tour dates and performances so far.
The superstar celebrated her 35th birthday Sunday, making an appearance at the Made in America festival, the annual music festival in Philadelphia co-founded by husband Jay Z.
