After a month of successful programming for its Senior Fest conference, Educational Entertainment (Ed ENT) closed out with a bang with its’ ‘STUFF’d Day’ event on Saturday, May 28th at the new STUFF’d Wings restaurant in Houston, TX.
Ed ENT, which derives from local-based nonprofit Legends Do Live, was busy as ever this Spring, hosting several events to celebrate and impact high school seniors.

Senior Fest kicked off on Saturday, May 14th with an All-Star Basketball Draft Dinner for the top male and female athletes in the Houston Independent School District. An All-Star Basketball Game followed at HISD’s Pavilion Stadium on Sunday, May 15th. Senior Fest Week continued with a Conference powered by My Brother’s Keeper and the forums featured a series of panel discussions, keynote speakers, job fairs, activations, and scholarship giveaways.
Senior Fest Week neared an end with the Senior Fest Concert on Friday, May 20th. Jack Yates High School student performer, Reggie P was selected to open the show and artists who appeared on Ed ENT’s brand-new mixtape, Field Day took the stage to perform some of the songs from the highly anticipated compilation album.
Field Day was released on May 20th and was executive produced by artist/producer Stoppa and Texas rapper/icon Bun B. The mixtape boasts appearances from recording artists Quentin Miller, BuddieRoe, Tobacco Ryan, RetroKash, Jack Freeman, AJ McQueen, Lenora, Propain, Stockz and more!
Navigating in the musical distribution space was new for Ed ENT but they hit the ground running with the release of their first project in Field Day. Through their partnership with the Nike SNKRS app, Field Day became the very first music project distributed through a global sneaker retail application. Ed ENT also anticipates utilizing music from Field Day for their popular literacy program (Reading With A Rapper) curriculum in the Fall. During Senior Fest Week, the organization hosted two largely successful listening experiences for the project, complete with Field Day-themed activations and games.

Exclusive ‘STUFF’d Day’ menu item
To close out its programming for the Spring, Ed ENT partnered with Atlanta’s premier creative agency, Six Degrees, to bring a unique STUFF’d Day (Field Day + STUFF’d) experience to STUFF’d Wings.
STUFF’d Wings is an innovative and wildly popular restaurant that recently moved to its storefront on Richmond Avenue in the Montrose area. Known for delicately stuffing delicious fried chicken wings with goodies like seafood boudin and macaroni and cheese, the restaurant partnered with Ed ENT and Six Degrees to curate a special limited menu that featured a frozen slush, funnel cake, chicken tenders, loaded fries and even a vegan option! Proceeds from the ‘STUFF’d Day’ event were donated to Robb Elementary Memorial Fund, assisting the families of the Uvalde Shooting.
The STUFF’d Wings parking lot was converted into a full-on Field Day experience; complete with green turf, a Jumbo Connect Four game, agility ladders and footballs, hula hoops, tug-of-war and more! During ‘STUFF’d Day’, Yobi Yobz provided an incredible musical atmosphere and artists who appeared on the Field Day compilation album stopped by to support the cause as well. To the artists’ surprise, each person involved in creating Field Day, including pro-audio engineer Big Kang who flawlessly mixed the entire project, received gold medals commemorating their participation in the project.
