Today, (April 13) our very own Houston Forward Times Publisher and CEO, Karen Carter Richards, was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Greater Southeast Management District.
The Greater Southeast Management District (the “District”) was created in 2001 by the 77th Texas Legislature pursuant to House Bill 3692 (the “Special Act”) to promote, develop, encourage and maintain employment, commerce, transportation, housing, recreation, arts, entertainment, economic development, safety, and the public welfare in the southeast area of Houston.
